Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and upselling where appropriate.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area in line with brand standards.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback and market insights to management regarding customer preferences and trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and freelance contract requirements.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa
and be eligible to work as a freelancer (provide freelance license if applicable).
Minimum of
2 years of sales experience
, preferably in luxury retail or niche fragrances.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required.
Contract Details:
Freelance 1-year contract under UAE labor regulations.
Compensation based on agreed commission and/or fixed monthly retainer.
Opportunity for renewal based on performance.
