Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • To be responsible for developing long-term strategic plans for assigned accounts, planning customer meetings, and generating contracts and offers in the UAE.
  • To develop, build up, and cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization
  • To provide and communicate Market transparency and marketing intelligence to various decision makers within each account
  • To develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of assigned goals and budgets.
  • To ensure & maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and penetrate competition accounts.
  • To establish, intensify, and lever reliable long-term relationships with customers and establish consultative solutions.
  • To steer & manage the deal escalation process and be responsible for monthly business reports to the business unit manager.
  • To ensure to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts/territories (i.e. penetration of account with product/solutions/service offerings)
  • To be responsible for planning/ forecasting New Orders in accordance with Business Lines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to uncover customer needs and apply appropriate marketing resources to satisfy those needs, overcome objections, gain agreement and advance the sales process
  • To generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment
  • To pursue, follow-up business opportunities in addition to growing and maintaining the existing Installed Base, qualifying new leads to maintain identified business opportunities to support the overall country target according to the Sales funnel and planning.
  • To observe and analyze the market, competitors, and customers
  • To be responsible for maintaining the Sales Accounts database
  • To support marketing and sales processes, for example, Launching Events for new/updated product portfolios.
Skills and experiences:
  • BS/BA in related discipline graduated from Biomedical Engineering / Science or a degree in related fields.
  • 4 Years of Sales experience in the imaging field or general medical devices in the UAE.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communications skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical and strategic thinking required
  • Knowledge of diagnostic Imaging products and systems applications (CT and MRI), in general, medical equipment
  • Strong level of English communication, Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive and focus on results
  • Valid UAE driving license and a car
  • Internally motivated
