Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
A sales representative in this field is typically responsible for:Promoting products:
Presenting and promoting Aluminium and uPVC solutions, including windows, doors, skylights, cladding, and partitions, to consultants, contractors, and end clients.Market knowledge:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of aluminium and uPVC systems, local market dynamics, competitor pricing, and relevant construction materials.Sales process management:
Managing the end-to-end sales process, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Technical understanding:
Translating architectural and engineering concepts into sales proposals, which often requires knowledge of facade systems and materials.Logistics:
Ensuring proper handling and storage of products and potentially managing logistics.Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the Aluminium/uPVC or construction industry is typically required. A bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is often preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. A valid local driving license (e.g., Qatar driving license) is often mandatory for outdoor sales roles.
