Job Description

We would like to connect with an ambitious, target and expansion driven Sales Manager from Travel & Tourism and Company Set-up & Formation background. Consistent 4+ years of experience with one of the leading Travel & Tourism and Company Formation/Business Set-Up Agencies in the United Arab Emirates is compulsory and would be considered as a minimum requirement for this position. The main purpose of this role in our Agency is to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve Agency's revenue targets and expansion plans, build relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Developing and implementing sales plans:

this includes creating strategies for reaching sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients:

cultivate relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners to secure bookings and generate revenue.

Managing sales teams:

oversee the performance of sales representatives, provide training and support, and ensure they are motivated to achieve sales targets.

Analysing sales performance:

track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.

Analytical skills:

ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is important.

Negotiating contracts and pricing:

work with clients to negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue.

Promoting and marketing the company's offerings:

develop marketing campaigns, attending trade shows, and engaging with potential clients through various channels.

Client Relationship Management:

cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their travel requirements.

Market Research:

update the Team and the Management on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations:

deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services to win new business.

Negotiations:

lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Reporting:

provide regular sales reports, performance analysis and forecasts to the management team.

Collaboration:

work closely with marketing, operations and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Excellence:

ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients.

Budget Management:

manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing cost-efficiency.

Training and Development:

identify training needs of the sales team and organize training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Business acumen:

solid understanding of the travel and tourism industry, market trends, and competitive landscape is essential.

Leadership and management skills:

ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives is key.

Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Min. 5 years in similar role within the travel industry in UAE.

Fluency Russian languages would be an added advantage

.

Ability to work with CRM software, Amadeus, Odoo, SalesForce reporting tools.

Proven track record in B2B, B2C sales and business development.

Knowledge of branding, customization techniques, and product sourcing.

Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends and market dynamics. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
