Sales Representative CHC - Kuwait
Kuwait | Full-time | Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling STADA\'s consumer products to retail outlets in Kuwait.
NOTE: This is a Sales Representative position (not Medical Representative).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell STADA\'s consumer products to retail outlets in Kuwait
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacists
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate stakeholders on STADA\'s products and services
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of consumer sales experience in Kuwait
  • Experience in the Kuwait retail consumer market
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
