Job Description
Internal Interaction Relationship:
Sales Supervisor
Sales Area Manager
Wholesales & e-commerce team
Greet children and families in a fun and welcoming way.
Engage customers by introducing different candy products and offering samples.
Ensure displays are attractive, especially to children.
Monitor product freshness and stock levels.
Promote special offers, seasonal products, and birthday packages.
Share product ingredient information for parents with dietary concerns.
Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Assist with party orders and event preparations.
Requirements
High school diploma or higher.
At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably in F&B, candy, or toy stores.
A real salesperson -- someone who knows how to attract customers, recommend products, and close sales.
Friendly personality with the ability to engage children and adults. Strong upselling and cross-selling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems. Basic computer skills. Positive and energetic personality who enjoys working with families and kids.Benefits
