We are looking for a key Sales Relationship Manager for an established Real Estate development organization in the UAE. The appointment will be in charge of the sales, marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity of Residential Developments, in order to achieve profitable sales according to the agreed budget with effective and strategic marketing campaigns. The role will comprise of;
  • The role requires a highly successful and target-orientated Real Estate Sales professional with flair and personality.
  • Responsible for the design and presentation of all sales and marketing strategies for all aspects of a RE development projects.
  • Developing relations with real estate brokers, consultants, and banks and discovering others markets and channels to increase sales.
  • Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage arrangements for all sales, ensuring that Independent Financial Advice is available.
  • Manage sales administration process \xe2\x80\x93 including cooperation with the legal department.
  • Manage sales collection process \xe2\x80\x93 including cooperation with the finance department.
  • Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines.
  • Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
  • Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
  • Developing marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post-launch phase consistent with the overall business strategy.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage advertising schedules and create/implement design concepts.
  • Production of presentational/marketing material, in line with legislative requirements.
  • Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company\xe2\x80\x99s program of continuous improvement.
  • Promote and act in accordance with company values, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Report to the Executive Board when required.
Other requirements are;
  • Registered with RERA and must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business studies, marketing or relevant field an MBA will be preferred.
  • Proven track record in a similar role or at the level of Sales & Marketing Manager not less than 6 years in the UAE.
  • Five or more years of experience in residential sales, phased and multi-unit projects.
  • Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets.
  • Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A lateral and innovative thinker, an original problem-solver.
  • Specialist knowledge of sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs, and gather, interpret and make best use of data to increase sales.
  • Self \xe2\x80\x93disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
