Serve as the primary relationship manager for partners such as Brokers, Consultants and clients by developing relationships to deliver New Sales and Persistency targets and maintaining strong relationships with clients to resolve issues and maintain sales relationships. Create and coordinate marketing and sales program initiatives and research and resolve client issues,and coordinate external communications with clients and provide status reports and updates to both internal and external parties.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Promote MetLife\xe2\x80\x99s EB products through assigned partners to achieve the annual assigned quantitative and qualitative targets (Group Medical New sales, Group Life New sales, portfolio persistency if appliable)
Sustain and grow relationship with assigned brokers / partners through regular visits and training on MetLife\xe2\x80\x99s Value Proposition, Products and new Services
Identify and qualify new opportunities. Diligently observe and gatekeep incoming business opportunities to protect MetLife from harmful prospects that are outside of MetLife\xe2\x80\x99s appetite
Manage policy administration endorsements related to own portfolio
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
Keep good record of vital updates from assigned brokers and pass this information to relevant parties
Contribute to keeping TOBA (terms of business agreement) documentation and updating it in cooperation with relevant internal parties
Contribute to collection efforts by collection team by escalating late payments to broker decision makers
Contribute to event management and G&E activities by submitting correct forms and obtaining necessary prior-approvals, and keeping correct record of recipients from broker side
Promote and educate own brokers about MetLife\xe2\x80\x99s existing products and upcoming initiatives, and seize every opportunity to pass better knowledge and awareness
Participate in thematic taskforces for organizational or product development as assigned by EB leaders
Attend all relevant mandatory trainings to develop own capacity and aptitude to better serve own brokers
Sustain a balanced relationship with underwriting partners to develop profitable business, and share honest and objective feedback on underwriting operations
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with TPA administrators and other internal or external partners
Coordinate marketing, sales and support services for assigned partners / clients and resolve routine or basic problems
