Our client is a Dubai-based start up property management company specializing in exceptional short-term rentals. Dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with property owners. Role Overview: We\'re looking for a passionate Sales & Property Onboarding Specialist with industry experience to enhance landlord interactions and support administrative functions. In this multifaceted role, we\'re looking for a professional with a background in the property management industry, to focus on nurturing relationships with property owners while contributing to administrative efficiency. You\'ll manage landlord interactions, address their needs, and assist with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with property owners and guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  • Able to acquire clients and business
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and guests during the onboarding process, maintaining clear and timely communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct informative orientations for property owners, effectively explaining the features and advantages of partnering with our platform, as well as addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide accurate information about property features, local attractions, and unique selling points to potential guests.
  • Collaborate with property owners to ensure seamless property readiness for guests.
  • Provide personalized insights to property owners to optimize property performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as onboarding properties with DTCM, property document preparation, data entry, and scheduling, contracts, rental and service agreements, and other legalities.
  • Coordinate operational tasks to support the team\'s efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records using property management tools.
  • Contribute to enhancing client relationship strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous client relations or property management experience preferred.
  • Sales Experience is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Software experience: Guesty and MS Office
  • Experience in the property management or short-term rental industry.
  • Onboarding new properties and clients
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
