BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT We are looking for Business Development Agent to help us implement and adapt our growth plan at Letstay Vacation Homes LLC. The role will be to convert leads to contractual agreements between Letstay and Landlords. To be successful in this role you,
- Are with an entrepreneur mind-set, motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment,
- Must have previous experience developing leads from cold-calling, marketing campaigns and relentless in meeting sales targets,
- Are comfortable in contacting potential clients through cold-calls, emails and most importantly face-to-face meetings.
- Will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers; from first contact until you convert to contractual agreement.
- Stay up to date with the market condition, competition, new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Must be commercially savvy and understand basic economic principles (e.g. ROI) and market trends
- Must have minimum one (2) year experience in sales in Dubai Holiday Homes and having solid understanding of Dubai\'s Real Estate market is advantageous

- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Vacation homes rental: 1 year (Required)
- Driving license (Preferred)
