Conduct property onboarding process for holiday homes
Collaborate with property owners to gather necessary information, documentation, and details about the property.
Coordinate property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date property profiles, including descriptions, amenities, and high-quality photographs.
Manage property listings on various online platforms and ensure consistent and accurate information across all channels.
Train property owners on company policies, procedures, and best practices for managing the holiday homes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to property owners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to maximize property exposure and bookings.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of properties.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to holiday home rentals to enhance the onboarding process.
