Engage directly with customers to understand their unique business needs and offer tailored AWS solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to educate potential customers about the value AWS brings to the pharmaceutical industry, such as in clinical trials, regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA), and data security.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sector-specific promotional strategies and marketing campaigns aimed at driving AWS adoption in the pharmaceutical space.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to generate leads and actively promote AWS products to pharmaceutical decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing communication about new AWS features and ensuring smooth integration of AWS products into their operations.
Assist customers with onboarding and provide guidance on how to use AWS solutions to enhance their pharmaceutical operations, from manufacturing to patient care management.
Monitor and report on customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback to ensure the successful promotion of AWS solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets, driving customer interest and conversions to AWS solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and AWS product updates, providing customers with the latest information to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales, product promotion, or business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology sectors.
Basic understanding of AWS cloud services and their potential applications in the pharmaceutical industry (training will be provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Experience in promoting or selling to pharmaceutical companies or healthcare providers is a plus.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools to track progress and performance.
