Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Sales Promoter - Pharma

to promote and drive the sales of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare products and the ability to communicate their benefits clearly to pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and end customers. You will be responsible for product demonstrations, increasing product visibility, educating customers, and supporting promotional activities in pharmacies, hospitals, and health-related events.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:

Actively promote assigned pharmaceutical products in pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare centers.

Customer Engagement:

Educate customers and healthcare professionals on product uses, benefits, dosage, and precautions.

Sales Support:

Assist in achieving sales targets by encouraging purchases through product knowledge and demonstrations.

Merchandising:

Ensure optimal product display and stock levels at assigned retail points.

Market Feedback:

Collect customer and pharmacist feedback and report on competitor activities.

Training & Education:

Stay updated on product information, company guidelines, and healthcare regulations.

Event Participation:

Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and medical exhibitions.

Reporting:

Provide daily/weekly sales and activity reports to supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare product promotion is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and basic medical terminology Professional appearance and behavior Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required Willingness to travel locally

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales or promotional experience in OTC, supplements, or prescription medications Certification in medical or pharmaceutical sales (optional) Familiarity with pharmacy POS systems and inventory management
