Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive

Sales Promoters

with their

own visa

or

remote/home-based applicants

to promote and sell a range of

personal care products

(e.g., skincare, haircare, hygiene). You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and increasing product sales through direct customer engagement and online outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote personal care products to potential customers in retail stores, malls, events, or via online channels (if remote). Demonstrate product features and provide samples or trials when applicable. Build product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries. Drive product sales by highlighting key benefits and promotional offers. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collect customer feedback and report market trends. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively. Submit regular sales reports and activity updates.

Requirements:

Own visa

or ability to work remotely (freelance/commission-based roles also welcome). Proven experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about personal care and beauty products. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Comfortable using social media or digital tools for online sales (for remote applicants).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, or wellness product promotion. Existing customer network or social media following is a strong advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales reporting platforms.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
