ROLE PURPOSE

As a Sales Promoter at CASA PONS, you will represent our brand directly to customers in-store and during promotional activities. You will actively approach customers, introduce them to our products, highlight features and benefits, and create an engaging and welcoming experience that reflects our brand values. You will also support merchandising, sampling, and display setup to ensure our products are presented beautifully and consistently with Casa Pons's premium standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building positive customer interactions and encouraging repeat visits. Demonstrating and explaining product features, benefits, and brand story. Proactively approaching customers to introduce products and promotions. Ensuring visual merchandising alignment with CASA PONS's luxury aesthetic. Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall store performance. Supporting stock replenishment: restocking shelves and reporting low inventory. Handling customer questions and feedback in a friendly and professional manner. Upselling, cross-selling, and creating product bundles or add-ons to enhance sales. Assisting in setting up promotional displays, sampling stations, and product showcases. Maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-presented display area that reflects brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency with POS or tablet-based sales systems. Outgoing personality with strong customer engagement skills. Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and mall peak times. 1-2 years of experience as a promoter or customer-facing sales role in the UAE (experience with chocolate, gourmet foods, perfumes, or luxury retail preferred).
