Key Responsibilities:
Promote and represent the company's niche perfume brands in retail outlets, malls, and promotional events.
Actively approach customers, introduce products, and provide fragrance testing experiences.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance sales and brand loyalty.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain product displays, counters, and promotional areas to company standards.
Report customer feedback, sales trends, and competitor activity to the supervisor/retail manager.
Adhere to company grooming standards and represent the brand with professionalism.
Support the retail team during peak hours, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
promoter, sales associate, fragrance consultant
preferred (retail background is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage different types of customers.
Passion for perfumes, beauty, and luxury retail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work part-time shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays if required).
