Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and presentable

Sales Promoters

to represent our brand, drive sales, and engage customers. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and excels in a fast-paced retail or event environment.

Key Requirements

Salary:

3,200 AED per month

Working Hours:

11 hours per day inclusive of 1 hour break.

Visa Status:

Must possess a valid

self-sponsored visa

(e.g., Husband's/Wife's Sponsorship or Freelance Visa) and an Emirates ID. Sponsorship is not provided.*

Availability:

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the promotional schedule.

Presentation:

Must be exceptionally

presentable, well-groomed

Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement:

Actively approach customers, present product features and benefits persuasively, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Product Demonstration:

Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and trials to capture customer interest.

Customer Engagement:

Provide excellent customer service, answer all product-related questions accurately, and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

Brand Representation:

Maintain high standards of brand and product presentation at the promotional stand or retail area.

Reporting:

Accurately track and report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels to the Supervisor.

Area Maintenance:

Ensure the promotional area is clean, tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing before, during, and after shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Previous experience (minimum 1 year) as a Sales Promoter, Retail Sales Associate, or in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English are a must. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are a strong advantage.

Interpersonal Skills:

Must be energetic, charismatic, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.

Discipline:

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively for long hours while maintaining high energy levels.

Adaptability:

Ability to quickly learn new product knowledge and adapt selling techniques to different customer profiles.
