Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a results-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple Watsons retail outlets across the UAE. This position plays a key role in driving multi-store performance, customer experience, and strategic alignment with the group's health and beauty retail vision.

Core Duties

• Drive and exceed sales targets across assigned Watsons locations
• Analyze business reports to optimize profitability and market positioning
• Ensure operational compliance with Al-Futtaim and Watsons retail standards
• Maintain high visual merchandising and hygiene standards across all stores
• Lead a team of store managers and frontline staff through coaching and development
• Execute localized promotions and product launches in collaboration with marketing teams
• Ensure optimal product availability and store layout for revenue maximization
• Regularly report store performance to senior leadership and align with corporate strategy
• Monitor competitor trends to maintain brand advantage in the wellness retail segment

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-store management, preferably in beauty, health, or wellness retail
• Strong retail business acumen with a solid understanding of KPIs and operational metrics
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Passion for health, beauty, and lifestyle products
