Main Objectives:
Responsibility for accomplishment of sales and profit targets in the assigned region.
Secure and develop/increase distribution based on the strategies developed for the region, in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, marketing.
Main Position Tasks:
Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our distributors and project clients.
Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder \xe2\x80\x93 architects, invertors, developers, hotel chains)
Set up of customer target and development plans and specific actions and activities for our customers.
Implement the international sales & marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and build brand image.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales, marketing, business or related fields.
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and Project / Developers development, Retail sales management, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries.
Stand for corporate values, high level business ethic and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Strong analysis and logical ability; quick learner/thinker, be well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.
Active team player role with great communication skill.
Comfortable to frequent travel across the region.
Excellent spoken & written English is a must. Ideally native speaker with fluent Arabic.
