Sales & Projects Manager Bath & Wellness ( Gulf Cooperation Council / GCC region) working location: Villeroy&Boch Dubai Office

Main Objectives: Responsibility for accomplishment of sales and profit targets in the assigned region. Secure and develop/increase distribution based on the strategies developed for the region, in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, marketing.

Main Position Tasks: Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our distributors and project clients. Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder - architects, invertors, developers, hotel chains) Set up of customer target and development plans and specific actions and activities for our customers. Implement the international sales & marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and build brand image.

Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Sales, marketing, business or related fields. At least 5 years' experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and Project / Developers development, Retail sales management, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries. Stand for corporate values, high level business ethic and Entrepreneurial Spirit. Strong analysis and logical ability; quick learner/thinker, be well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure. Active team player role with great communication skill. Comfortable to frequent travel across the region. Excellent spoken & written English is a must. Ideally native speaker with fluent Arabic.
