Assist in creating project plans, build and maintain schedules, and track tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
Track project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and report status updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.
Act as a central point of communication for the project team and external stakeholders, which includes preparing minutes, memos, and other project-related correspondence.
Maintain project documents, ensure materials are up-to-date and properly filed, and help create supporting documentation for things like risk management.
Creates Quotation and negotiates with customer.
Creates Local Purchase Order and negotiate with supplier.
Creates invoice and delivery notes.
Monitors arrival of orders and plans delivery to end-user.
Creates report for sales performance.
Manage project and submits deliverables.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
* SALES & PROJECT COORDINATION: 2 years (Preferred)
