Looking for experienced Sales Progression Officers / Conveyancers to join our team. :

Oqood experience is a requirement for the candidate.
Understand the system for registration and termination.
Preparing DLD forms (form F, ... etc).
Identify DLD procedures and follow them.
Make sure you understand how the real estate trust office operates.
Drafting official documents, such as contracts which include details of the sale or lease
Checking contracts on behalf of clients
Keeping official records of payments and contracts
Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds
Dealing with transfers

Our requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years proven Dubai real estate market experience
A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional
Well established communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent multitasker and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Effective at report-writing
Attention to detail and maintaining accuracy and compliance within a code of conduct
Problem-solving skills
Valid UAE driving license with car is a must
