You'll be expected to engage directly with potential clients, define product requirements, and ensure alignment between market needs and solution delivery. You will work closely with the GM, Operations and technical team, as well as external development partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Engagement
Identify and approach
new leads
, schedule meetings, and pitch company offerings across smart mobility, AI platforms, and tech solutions.
Conduct
on-site and virtual client meetings
, understand needs, and position the right solutions.
Maintain and manage
sales documentation
, lead tracking, and meeting records.
Support creation and delivery of
proposals, presentations, and pricing offers
.
Product Ownership
Take ownership of one or more products/solutions and act as the
internal product manager
.
Gather
market and client feedback
to shape feature sets, enhancements, and roadmaps.
Define and maintain
functional requirements
, user flows, and change requests.
Coordinate with
external development teams
and technical leads to align on scope, timelines, and delivery plans.
Ensure product documentation (functional specs, user guides, decks) is always up to date.
Market Analysis & Research
Conduct ongoing
market research and competitive analysis
to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Prepare summary briefs and insights to support product positioning and sales strategy.
Monitor local and regional developments in
mobility, AI, and smart tech sectors
to inform planning.
Sales Operations Support
Help maintain and improve
sales processes, tools, and templates
.
Coordinate between sales, technical, and delivery teams for smooth handovers and follow-ups.
Support tracking of KPIs, pipeline reporting, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business, or related technical/commercial fields
3-5 years
of experience in a hybrid role combining sales, product, or pre-sales
Demonstrated ability to:
Engage clients, pitch solutions, and manage leads
Write and manage clear product/functional documentation
Communicate with technical teams and third-party developers
Conduct structured
market research
and present actionable findings
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proposal and documentation writing (must be structured and clear)
Fluency in Arabic and English
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
