We are looking for a
motivated and confident Sales & Patient Coordinator
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in amedical or aesthetic clinic
, strong sales and communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent patient service.Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and provide detailed information about services and treatments. Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media. Convert leads into confirmed appointments and ensure a high booking rate. Follow up with potential and existing patients to build long-term relationships. Support doctors by preparing patient files and managing treatment schedules. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to marketing campaigns. Ensure patient satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a
sales or patient coordination role
within a medical or cosmetic clinic. Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Arabic
(additional languages are an advantage). Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Presentable, organized, and goal-oriented personality. Good computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
