Job Brief

Shuraa's clients are looking for a motivated Patient Coordinator who can provide exceptional service,

drive client engagement, and contribute to the clinic's growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives

in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Responsibilities

Actively promote the clinic's treatments and services, highlighting their benefits to potential

patients.

Convert patient inquiries into appointments through effective consultation and follow-up. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell treatments, achieving sales objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience at
every stage.

Handle follow-ups and treatment plans with precision. Educate patients about procedures, addressing any questions or concerns. Collect patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction. Ensure patient records are updated and accurate in the clinic's database. Coordinate with medical professionals and staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Stay updated on the latest clinic offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to
patients.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record of at least 3 years in aesthetic services patient coordination, or a similar role
within the healthcare or wellness sector in Dubai.

Strong upselling and cross selling communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office. Professional and well-groomed appearance reflecting the high standards of the clinic.
