We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee our sales operations across all channels, including e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores, and ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, experience with Shopify and other ERP systems, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales operations across all channels, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service
Continuously optimize sales operations to improve the customer experience and increase sales
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
Manage a team of sales staff and ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all invoices and payments are clarified on a weekly basis
Generate end of month sales reports and send out to all partner consignment brands
Communicate with 70+ partner brands on a frequent basis, resolving concerns, attending to inquiries, managing stock levels.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways and shipping providers
Set up templates to streamline the process for product uploads into Shopify, ensuring accurate and consistent product information across all channels.
Manage sales and stock levels on multiple channels including: physical stores, e-commerce store, as well as other platforms such as Amazon, Mumzworld..etc.
