We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and have experience managing sales teams. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, providing training and coaching to the sales team, and effectively managing and motivating team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
Communicate effectively with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Understand sales profitability and opportunities
Utilize CRM, Reporting, and database software tools in daily tasks
Analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, accounting, or similar
3+ years\' experience within sales operations
Familiarity with databases and sales software CRM Tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, Confluence)
Advanced skills on MS Excel
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience in the financial markets will be considered an advantage.
Experience working within a multicultural, international environment
