Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within the beauty salon sector in the UAE. The role includes managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and maintaining a strong field presence, with approximately 70% of the time spent visiting salons and key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts within the beauty salon channel Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Spend around 70% of working time in the field with customers and the sales team Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and operations team Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the beauty industry Strong experience working with beauty salons in the UAE Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness to spend significant time in the field Valid UAE driving license Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
