Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager with experience in the HVAC and/or Fire Protection industries to optimize sales processes, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline sales operations for maximum efficiency. Analyze sales metrics, forecast demand, and support pipeline growth. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams. Maintain strong supplier and client relationships. Oversee inventory and ensure timely product availability. Support documentation, pricing, and contract management. Provide sales performance reports and insights to leadership. Negotiate independently with suppliers and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, HVAC Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of sales operations experience in HVAC/Fire Protection (UAE market). Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Familiarity with UAE/Middle East HVAC and Fire Protection markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
