Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the food distribution or FMCG industry in Qatar or the GCC.
Strong knowledge of local food market, suppliers, and HORECA clients.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Valid Qatar Driving License required.
