Job Overview:
The Real Estate Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing business strategies, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth property transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee property listings, marketing, and promotional activities.
Operations Management:
Ensure smooth execution of property transactions, from listing to closing.
Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
Work closely with legal, finance, and administration teams to streamline processes.
Oversee compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
Optimize operational efficiency to enhance customer experience.
Business Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with property developers and investors.
Expand the company's portfolio by acquiring new properties and clients.
Implement innovative marketing and lead generation strategies.
Attend industry events and networking meetings to promote the brand.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
In-depth understanding of real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
RERA Card holder.
Experience working in residential, commercial, or off-plan property markets.
Established professional network within the real estate industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales and operational improvements
