Sales & Operations Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets in the UAE market. Identify, acquire, and manage new clients for Beegains' digital marketing and promotional products. Oversee day-to-day sales operations including lead management, client communication, and sales tracking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales goals with service offerings. Drive brand awareness and client engagement through innovative sales strategies. Ensure smooth operations of the UAE sales unit including performance evaluation and target setting for the sales team. Support in pricing strategy, client proposals, and negotiations. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regional regulatory requirements.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
