Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Operations Manager to lead client engagement and service execution in our Commercial Window Tinting division. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, conduct site assessments, prepare quotations, and oversee project execution to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
This role requires a strong blend of sales acumen, operational coordination, and team leadership--within a fast-paced, client-focused environment in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
Provide product recommendations tailored to client needs (e.g., solar control, safety/security, decorative films).
Conduct site visits to measure windows and assess installation requirements.
Prepare and send detailed, accurate quotations.
Maintaining and updating the client database and follow up on leads to close sales.
Operations & Service Delivery:
Plan and schedule installation jobs in coordination with field technicians.
Supervise installation work to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Coordinate the procurement and inventory of tinting materials and tools.
Address client feedback or complaints and ensure resolution in line with company standards.
Monitor project profitability and operational KPIs.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job status, and expenses.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to senior management on sales performance and operations.
Collaborate with the HR and technical teams for technician training, performance reviews, and resource planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales and/or operations role (preferably in construction, fit-out, or window film industries).
Strong command of English (Arabic language is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and lead a field team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
