WE ARE HIRING - SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER (Automotive Sector)

Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join our automotive service division specializing in PPF, car wrapping, and laminating services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the PPF and wrapping services.
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop strategic partnerships and grow client base (retail and corporate).
Handle customer satisfaction, service quality, and workflow efficiency.
Work closely with marketing to develop promotions and lead generation.
Ensure smooth coordination between service, installation, and logistics teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically with PPF, car wrapping, or related services.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
