Job Description

The Sales Operations Intern will support the Operations team by assisting in the end-to-end sales operations process in terms of coordination and day-to-day activities related to logistics, procurement, and overall operational activities. The role will enhance workflow efficiency through accurate documentation, internal and external communication with relative supplier, and periodic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between sales, procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operational flow. Support pre-sales efforts by collecting quotations and technical data from suppliers. Assist in the creation, review, and tracking of purchase orders using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage). Follow up with external suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and required documentation. Maintain accurate records of material requisitions, sample orders, and purchase documentation. Liaise with suppliers to support the Quality Control (QC) team on order readiness and status updates. Work with the operations team to verify that received materials align with purchase orders and assist in appropriate handling. Update internal records and reports related to procurement activities, shipment status, quality control and supplier performance. Assist with general administrative duties and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
