We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Hotel Operations Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship provides a hands-on, immersive experience across various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Reservation, Finance, and Human Resources. Interns will support daily operations, assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and gain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Department: Multi-Departmental / Rotational
Duration: 2 Weeks
Working schedule: 6 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:

• Support departmental teams in daily operations and guest service.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries, feedback, and requests.
• Maintain high service standards in line with the propertys brand.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects under supervision.
• Uphold company procedures, and grooming standards.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
Qualifications:

• At least 15 years old.
• Currently student in Dubai.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry.
