We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven

Hotel Operations Intern

to join our team in Dubai. This internship provides a hands-on, immersive experience across various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Reservation, Finance, and Human Resources. Interns will support daily operations, assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and gain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Working schedule:

6 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Support departmental teams in daily operations and guest service. Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments. Assist in handling guest inquiries, feedback, and requests. Maintain high service standards in line with the property's brand. Complete assigned tasks and projects under supervision. Uphold company procedures, and grooming standards.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Qualifications:

At least 15 years old. Currently student in Dubai. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. * Passionate about the hospitality industry.
