Responsible for supporting Sales team with operational/administrative requirements and system (GSCM/NERP/SFDC) management and deep liaison with HQ and RHQ team.

Registration of sales forecast (by Partners) itemizing product model and quantity

Sell Out result collection and registration
(SFDC)
Registration of actual sales result (by Partners) itemizing product model and quantity
Frequency: Monthly
Business Opportunity management
(SFDC)
Checking Business Opportunity registration quality
Frequency: Monthly
Checkpoints: Close date, Close date < Creation date, BO Amount < $10, Roll out end date < Today,
Creation date = Win date
SFDC general management
New user creation
Key accounts monitoring (activation/deactivation)
VOC creation / follow up with HQ
Frequency: As required
Monthly pricing registration
Monitor product price and system registration
