Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales: Drive lead generation and identify sales opportunities to meet business growth objectives and sales targets.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Market Penetration :Expand market presence in the Interiors sector within the UAE. Leverage contacts, networking, and industry associations to generate new business opportunities.
Project Acquisition: Identify and secure major design and fit-out projects across various sectors.
Respond efficiently to tenders and project proposals.
Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to ensure all client expectations are met.
Coordinate with senior management and other departments to negotiate agreements and contracts.
Key Account Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.Serve as the primary account manager for major clients, fostering trust and reliability.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally within the interior design and fit-out sectors for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
Established network within the retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial interior design communities in Dubai or other UAE regions.
Valid UAE Driving License.
