Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Merchandiser in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Receive and check incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
Make sure shelves, displays, and aisles are organized and well-maintained to enhance the shopping experience
Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to maintain freshness
Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
Work with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure timely restocking of products
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product recommendations when required
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Track sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to minimize overstock and shortages
Create a welcoming and helpful in-store environment for shoppers
Monitor the success of promotions and report findings to the management team
Implement promotional campaigns effectively, including setting up displays and coordinating signage
Monitor stock levels and order products to maintain optimal inventory levels

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should have a background in a related business course
Previous experience in supermarket retail merchandising or related roles required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and bend and reach as required
