Job Description

We are looking for Bike Sales Merchandiser who can support the company by performing the following duties and responsibilities. To personally visit retail outlets and ensure products are available and that they are all properly merchandised as per agreements between LARAIX and the customers and to execute and manage product displays. For Regions : Abu Dhabi , Al Ain & Fujairah Visit retail outlets as per route plan and merchandise as per Visibility Agreements with the customer. Ensure shelves are clean / smart. Responsible for ensuring that all products are available (brands / categories & packages). Responsible to generate orders ahead of time and making sure outlets will not run out of stocks Responsible for producing daily product availability or product stock out reports and communicating this information to management for corrective action Ensure product visibility - product facings facing upfront & at eye level (minimum) Responsible for ensuring presence, availability and prominence of effective price communication. FMCG experience is a must Valid UAE Bike License Very good commercial awareness / business sense Very good understanding of basic consumer buying behaviors / habits Must have very good communication skills (verbal & written) & very good negotiation skills Must have analytical thinking skills and a creative flair Must be very presentable, organized, good time keeper, good listener, trusted team player Must be quality & customer focused Must aim at building long lasting customer relationships Job Type: Full-time
