1. Responsible for the leasing and sales of company equipment, machinery, vehicles, and other assets, including their management and administration.
2. Maintain existing customer relationships and actively explore new leasing and sales markets, expanding business channels to achieve annual sales targets.
3. Timely track the needs of major clients and establish long-term cooperative relationships with them.
4. Identify potential market opportunities and effectively communicate with clients to finalize contracts.
5. Ensure timely tracking of payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
6. Maintain ongoing and potential projects, proactively handle customer needs and difficulties in a timely manner.
7. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
