Sales/Marketing Manager - Middle East

Location: Dubai (Hybrid)

CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) is Europe's leading natural health college. We're expanding across the Middle East and are seeking a sales / marketing manager to establish and drive regional brand growth, student enrolments and enquiries.

Your Role:

You'll lead and execute all sales and marketing efforts in the Middle East, with a focus on delivering weekly enrolments and enquiry targets, managing events, and promoting CNM through ambassadors, PR, B2B, social media and digital marketing. Based in Dubai, this is a hands-on role ideal for a performance-driven sales / marketer professional who is passionate about wellness and education. You will be on your own initially and establish a team as CNM is growing.

Key Responsibilities:

Hit weekly enrolment and enquiry targets via multi-channel campaigns. Establish an active field of influencers, B2B and other supporters. Plan and run events, exhibitions, open days, webinars. Establish local social media with support of CNM head office. Identify PR opportunities, place local ads, and organise leaflet drops. Monitor performance and report weekly on KPIs.

What You Bring:

Good communication skills and enthusiasm for the health industry. You get things done and achieve set targets. Excellent English; Arabic a plus
