JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

Master Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to join Windar, our subsidiary based in Dubai, as Sales & Marketing Manager.



This position will be responsible for coordinating and leading Windar's sales function in alignment with the Group's values and business objectives.

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead commercial activities and will report directly to the General Management of Windar and interact regularly with the Master Group Headquarters in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial StrategyDevelop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies in line with Master Group's corporate direction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth across the GCC region.

Sales ManagementLead and support the sales team in achieving performance targets. Strengthen client relationships and represent Windar at key industry events and trade exhibitions.

Marketing ExecutionCoordinate local marketing activities in synergy with Master Group's corporate marketing team. Ensure brand consistency and communication alignment across all touchpoints.

Reporting and Process ImprovementMonitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to both Windar and Master Group. Continuously assess and enhance commercial and technical processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing within the construction, industrial, or building systems sectors. Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams and deliver results in international settings. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is considered an advantage. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel within the region and to the Master Group headquarters in Italy.
