JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for an emerging and rapidly growing private property developer based in Dubai and Karachi, is seeking a dynamic
Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead the commercial launch and ongoing sales of a landmark property development in Karachi. The role will be based in Dubai with regular engagement in the overseas market, ensuring
cross-border alignment of sales, marketing, and investor relations strategies
.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of
real estate project launches in UAE and Karachi
, deep knowledge of both markets, and the ability to
develop high-impact sales strategies, digital campaigns, and broker networks
. This role requires a
strategic yet hands-on leader
who can drive sales performance, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable ROI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute end-to-end sales & marketing strategies
for the Karachi project, targeting both local and overseas investors.
Conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to identify customer segments, pricing opportunities, and sales positioning.
Build and manage strong networks with
brokers, channel partners, investors, and key buyers
in UAE, and overseas market.
Oversee the creation of
marketing collateral
(brochures, videos, presentations, and virtual tours) aligned with project branding.
Drive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to maximize visibility and lead generation.
Plan and manage
project launch events, roadshows, and exhibitions
to attract buyers and investors.
Lead and motivate the
sales team
to achieve and exceed revenue targets, providing training and performance monitoring.
Manage the
marketing and sales budget
, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources with maximum impact.
Track and report
sales performance, lead conversion, and campaign ROI
to senior management.
Collaborate with design, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of
sales agreements and compliance requirements
.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in
real estate sales & marketing
, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven success in
launching and selling real estate projects
in Dubai, UAE.
Strong understanding of
cross-border buyer behaviours, property investment trends, and regulatory frameworks
.
Track record of building and leading
high-performing sales teams
.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of
digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and lead management tools
.
Data-driven approach with
expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement
.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, competitive property market
.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
High adaptability to work across
different geographies (Dubai & Karachi)
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
