Job Overview:
Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a
Sales Manager
with 5-7 years of experience in property development and real estate sales. The successful candidate will lead sales operations, develop business strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in property sales, client engagement, marketing coordination, and team management. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies for property development projects.
Identify and acquire potential clients, investors, and brokers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Track market trends, competitors, and opportunities to maximize sales.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan property promotions, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Ensure marketing materials reflect brand positioning and project value propositions.
Organize property viewings, site visits, and client events.
Client Relationship & Negotiation
Negotiate property deals, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability.
Provide clients with accurate project information, investment benefits, and financial options.
Resolve client queries and ensure excellent post-sales support.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead and mentor sales executives and broker networks.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Develop incentive plans and training programs to boost team productivity.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Professional certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in property development or real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, regulations, and sales processes.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, target-oriented, and client-focused.
