This role requires a performance-driven professional capable of formulating effective sales strategies, building strong client networks, and achieving ambitious revenue targets while enhancing the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for property development projects.
Identify and engage potential clients, investors, and channel partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to optimize sales performance.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
Ensure all marketing materials accurately represent the project's brand identity and value proposition.
Organize property tours, site visits, and client engagement events to boost conversions.
Client Relationship & Negotiation
Conduct property presentations and negotiations to close profitable deals.
Provide clients with detailed information on project features, investment benefits, and financial options.
Manage client queries efficiently and ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead and guide sales executives and broker networks to meet performance targets.
Develop and implement sales incentive programs to enhance productivity.

Key Requirements:Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
Additional certifications in sales or real estate will be an advantage.
Experience
