We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong focus on sales performance , lead conversion, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through marketing initiatives, managing marketing and calling teams, achieving defined targets, and handling international markets such as New Zealand, Canada, UK, Germany, and other regions.
This role requires hands-on involvement in target planning, team monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Target Management
Plan and execute sales-driven marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Define and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation & revenue targets
Monitor lead quality, conversion ratios, closures, and ROI
Work closely with calling and sales teams to improve performance and conversions
Ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth
Team Handling & Leadership
Lead, manage, and mentor marketing executives, digital teams and calling teams
Assign targets, KPIs and daily work plans to team members
Conduct regular performance reviews, sales meetings and strategy discussions
Ensure discipline, productivity and accountability across the team
International Market Focus
Handle marketing and lead generation for NZ, Canada, UK, Germany, and other international markets
Study market trends, customer behavior and competitor strategies in each region
Customize campaigns, messaging and funnels according to regional requirements
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and monitor digital, performance, and lead-generation campaigns
Manage branding, advertising, promotions and performance marketing activities
Coordinate with creative and content teams for sales-oriented campaigns
Optimize marketing budgets
Reporting & Operational Management
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including:
o Leads generated vs targets
o Conversion and closure ratios
o Campaign performance and ROI
o Team productivity and efficiency
Maintain accurate CRM data and marketing documentation
Present actionable insights and performance summaries to management
Coordination & Business Support Sales
Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives
Support sales teams with marketing materials, campaigns, and market insights
Represent the company in business meetings, events, and promotional activities when required

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing with strong sales exposure
Proven experience in handling teams and achieving targets
Exposure to international markets (NZ, Canada, UK, Germany, etc.)
Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and reporting tools
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
