Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead and expand sales and marketing operations within the

hotel supplies / HORECA sector

. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market experience, established relationships within the hospitality industry, and proven leadership skills to manage and grow a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the HORECA / hotel supplies market. Manage and expand key client accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, while driving new business development. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities; recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, procurement, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in Sales & Marketing, preferably within

HORECA, hotel supplies, or hospitality-related products

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing teams of

3-5 members

or more. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

English and Hindi

(spoken; written preferred). Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.

Valid UAE driving license

(mandatory).

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

AED 8,000 per month.

Commission:

Attractive, performance-based commission (details discussed during interview).

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Annual Leave:

30 days per year.

Air Ticket:

One return ticket to home country once every two years (as per UAE Labour Law).

Other Benefits:

As per UAE Labour Law.
