Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in sales and marketing (hospitality industry preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation, planning, and team management abilities
Valid UAE driving license
Your Role Will Include:
Leading and managing the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
Managing key client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
Planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication
